Fantastic draw. 
The anatomy has some flaws (I find the legs of both characters a bit too skinny in contrast of the rest of the body) but the rest is just fabulous :D
I am totally in love whit the coloring, the shading seems very well done. The colors look awesome and the background shine gives to the draw a very romantic atmosphere. Also I like Juugo's and Karin's expressions, they look very cute together :3
